Ben’s Bikes is a mobile bike shop offering bike repairs, maintenance, and rentals. We come to you, so you don’t have to haul your bike anywhere!

How does the mobile bike service work?

It’s simple! Book an appointment, and we’ll come to your location to perform the service on-site.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Athens, Winder, and the surrounding areas. If you’re unsure if we can reach you, contact us!

Repairs & Maintenance

Can all repairs be done at my location?

Most repairs can be completed on-site, but some complex repairs may need to be performed at our shop. If this is the case, we’ll transport your bike, complete the repair, and arrange for pickup or delivery.

What types of bike repairs do you offer?

We handle everything from flat tire fixes and brake adjustments to full tune-ups and deep cleanings.

How much do repairs cost?

Prices vary based on the service needed. Check out our Services and Rates page for pricing. There is a $45 minimum service fee for all repair visits. If your repair costs less than $45, the minimum fee still applies.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Yes! Since we’re mobile, appointments help us plan efficiently. Call or text us to book your service.

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo and Cash App.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you offer any warranties on repairs?

Yes! We offer a 14 Day warranty on labor. Parts may have their own manufacturer warranties.
